They can and DO still happen, whether you save it for marriage or not.
Waiting until you’re married for other reasons are fine….but I don’t get why people give no STDs or no unwanted pregnancies as a reason.

That is what our new abstinence only sex ed curriculum is teaching them.
True…you may even find that your husband creates an unwanted pregnancy for another woman while he’s married to you.
If you are both virgins at marriage, it isn’t likely that either partner has an STD. And pregnancy is usually more wanted in a marriage than out of one.
You can’t get pregnant or catch STDs if you don’t have sex. Dope.
Because it seriously lessens the chance of getting either of them…Waiting until you are married will make sure that you don’t have STD’s (unless you were born with them) and then you won’t have them to pass to your partner and if your partner doesn’t have premarital sex then they also won’t have anything to give to you. You also have to get tested for AIDS and STD’s before you get married in most states, so then you would know beforehand and then know how to prevent spreading it…it will stop you from getting STD’s if it is a monogomous relationship….
If you end up with the same beliefs as you there will not be any STD’s…. or unwanted pregnacys…. the main reason why is because if you don’t f**k you can’t have a kid or stds… Right?
Whe you get married, pregnancy is not unwanted anymore. If it happens, it happend and things are good. If you wait til marriage to prevent STD’s, the reason is because if you are only with one person, you have a lower risk than if you were with say 5 people in your life before you were married. It’s up to the person.
Because everyone thinks that marriage is a contract to breed. So if you get married you obviously want to breed. Not to mention everyone assumes that all couples faithfully practice monogamy! Both complete crap and very untrue the world over.
